A Negroni Bar, Wine Bar and 2 new restaurants
Just in time for the festive season, we can count ourselves lucky with another 2 new restaurants and three new bars. A Negroni Bar on Mill Road, a Wine Bar at the Cambridge Market and a Latin American one on Regent Street. Let the party start!
The Negroni Bar at Maurizio Dining
One of the local popular Italian restaurants has become even better! Maurizio Dining is an authentic Italian restaurant and wine bar in Cambridge that serves pizza, pasta, puds and wine. They love sharing the passion and tradition of homemade Italian food, and recipes like Maurizio’s mamma makes. Maurizio Dining on Mill Road is a great place to relax and taste the real Italy.
The newest addition to their restaurant is now open. The Negroni Lounge Bar in the back room is the perfect place to meet up with friends, listen to music and dance the night away. Restaurant and Wine Bar at The Market House
A grand old Dame has had a make-over!
Over the last year, extensive building work has taken place at the market. Bill Brogan and his wife have taken over the previous Don Pasquale building, one of Cambridge’s first international restaurants, many years ago.
They not only gave it a new, fresh, modern look but also added some exciting features such as a wine bar in the cellars and a food lab. The restaurant is situated on the first floor and the private dining room on the second floor boasts stunning views over the market and the Senate House. You can find the cafe, the outside terrace on the ground floor, and the stylish Wine Bar in the cellar.
The Market House serves British classics made with local ingredients and a modern twist. Bill is an expert in wines and has sourced a fine collection of wines. The Food Lab, a high-tech kitchen, is used for R&D of their menu ideas but can also be hired for cookery classes, demonstrations and tastings.
The Latin American restaurant & Bar Cuba Libre
Looking to liven up your dinner? We have found just the right place for you! Cuba Libre on Regent Street opened its doors last July. Apart from the delicious Peruvian-inspired food, one of the attractions here is the live music. Join Cuba Libre for dinner for a touch of South America.
