2 new Delis in Cambridge
Just in time for the festive season, we can count ourselves lucky with 2 new delis in Cambridge. One is located in the upcoming foodie area of Cambridge, Chesterton Road and Culinaris is set to open soon at their new premises on Mill Road.
La Dispensa on Chesterton Road
Just a stone’s throw away from Cambridge city centre on Chesterton Road north of the River Cam, you can find Ladispensa. This strip of Chesterton Road is becoming the new foodie place in Cambridge, with Thirsty next door, a Polish deli, the farm shop Radmore, a bakery, a cafe and some great pubs.
Ladispensa is an Italian/ Spanish deli by the creators or Tradizione of Mill Road serving an excellent selection of cheeses, charcuterie and delicious ready meals such as Seabass, traditional Roman supplì or Spanish tortilla … ready to eat, ready to go!
New premises for Culinaris on Mill Road
Mill Road is one of our favourite foodie areas in Cambridge, with spice shops, quirky restaurants and specialist shops. One of these places is the local favourite Culinaris. It closed its doors in May to get ready for its big move to one of the most impressive buildings on Mill Road, the old bank.
