Cambridge Brewboard’s Valhalla

Valhalla is coming, people, with its inaugural gathering this very Saturday. On the following dates through March and April, Cambridge’s BrewBoard and Gonville Hotel will be coming together to produce a series of four magical events hosted by one of our fine city’s greatest gems:

There will be four bars: one inside with live jazz, one in the lawned-garden under the stars, one in a giant tepee with B2B DJs, and last but by no means least, another bar on the lower-deck of a Routemaster Bus with seating for 25 and a DJ booth on the top-deck overlooking Parker’s Piece…

Each event will start at 2pm and run until 10pm on the three outside bars and 11pm on the inside bar. Beyond that we have discounted drink offers lined-up across our fine city exclusive to Valhalla revellers via a unique stamp administered on the night.

We will also be launching Valhalla Lager this Saturday. Exclusive to the event, it’s a 4.2% ABV no-frills refreshing lager, reminiscent of the South-American style. To accompany that, there’ll be over 10 different beers on the board and all manner of wines, cocktails and softs. Enough to cover all tastes…

Music will be similarly eclectic and all-encompassing, your various Audio Fiction and Freedom Sound DJs covering progressive house through to latin, funk, disco and beyond…

And to soak up the excess, there’ll be Queen Margherita, Pepperoni and Vegetarian freshly-made pizzas to see you through.
