A stone’s throw away from Cambridge’s historic centre
It’s perfectly positioned away from the crowds to explore Cambridge, visit the museums and theatres, shop at independents, and discover the thriving food scene. Easy to reach by taxi, bike and it only takes 20 minutes by foot to Kings College.
Contemporary accommodation

Based on the Finnish concept of wood-fired cooking and community dining, KOTA offers warm and inviting hospitality, focusing on using local, independent, and environmentally conscious producers and suppliers. KOTA is the creation of the team behind the popular bar and kitchen NOVI in Regent Street. Enjoy a relaxed brunch, lunch or dinner at the main restaurant Kota, pastries and an excellent cup of coffee at their coffee shop and amazing sunsets and cocktails at their rooftop bar and beer garden.
These residencies have now been taken over by the Astronomer and Douce Heights for the rooftop bar.
Open green spaces
Part of the previous meadows of this part of Cambridge is now an area of sustainable living and stunning gardens, including a central courtyard garden, offering alfresco courtyard dining and a cocktail bar.
The remainder of the 50 hectares of open and green spaces are a nature reserve for people to enjoy. The lakes at Brook Leys are not only a place to relax, but they also store the rainwater collected from across Eddington before it is treated and pumped back to homes for the use of things like washing machines and toilets.
