Bespoke Gin

The award-winning Cambridge Gin company was born out of walks with the founders’ Labrador through the meadows of Cambridge. Their Gins are distilled in Grantchester, and the Gin Lab is an interactive space dedicated to the appreciation of Gin.

Gutter & Stars

Cambridge’s first urban winery is the brainchild of wine writer Chris Wilson, sourcing his grapes from Essex. This unique winery is housed in the basement of a Grade II listed mill less than a mile from Cambridge’s centre.

Saffron Grange

This family-run vineyard lies on the outskirts of Saffron Walden. The unique soil that enabled the crocus to flourish here is the key to growing the highest quality grapes that make the premium Saffron Grange English sparkling wines.

Chilford Hall

Situated amongst the chalk hills of the Cambridgeshire downs, the award-winning Chilford Hall is one of the oldest established English vineyards. Since its first planting in 1972, the vineyard has grown in size and now covers more than 20 acres, comprised of 9  vine varieties.

Calverley

This brewery is one of our favourite hangouts in Cambridge. Calverley’s brew a changing range of beers inspired by the world’s exciting and diverse beer styles. The Tap Room is open on Thursday and Friday evening and Saturdays all day.

The Cambridge Brew House is the only microbrewery in the historic centre of Cambridge in a side street of esus Lane. Seating over two floors and offering pub-style food and sharing boards to pair with their craft beer and international beers.

The Cambridge Juice Company is a locally based family company that has served Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire for nearly 100 years providing local produce, originally on market stalls over the years and now delivering throughout East Anglia in their vans.

This delightful Gin is made from three botanicals, including fresh, plump raspberries grown outside Cambridge results in a refreshingly delicate flavour. In the interests of sustainability, Pinkster Gin recycles the inebriated raspberries as a range of natural by-products.
