It’s perfectly positioned away from the crowds to explore Cambridge, visit the museums and theatres, shop at independents, and discover the thriving food scene. Easy to reach by taxi, bike and it only takes 20 minutes by foot to Kings College.

Open green spaces
Part of the previous meadows of this part of Cambridge is now an area of sustainable living and stunning gardens, including a central courtyard garden, offering alfresco courtyard dining and a cocktail bar.
The remainder of the 50 hectares of open and green spaces are a nature reserve for people to enjoy. The lakes at Brook Leys are not only a place to relax, but they also store the rainwater collected from across Eddington before it is treated and pumped back to homes for the use of things like washing machines and toilets.
