Amphora X Foraging Chef Dinner
The 5-course tasting menu, with a flight of 10 wines, is included in the ticket price. £55 deposit and £60 to be to the Chef directly on/before the dinner, totalling £115.
The Foraging Chef, Steve, sums up his philosophy as “getting big bold flavours out of plants we’ve forgotten to eat”. Be prepared to be delighted, challenged, surprised, and enchanted by a menu bursting with aromas and textures. The menu will be confirmed closer to the time.
